Program Manager of Internships, Valerie Hickey, accepted into Cleveland Bridge Builders Class of 2024

Y.O.U. extends congratulations to Valerie Hickey, Program Manager of Internships, for her well-deserved acceptance into the prestigious Cleveland Bridge Builders (CBB) Class of 2024.

The CBB program serves as a launching platform for mid-career professionals, equipping them with the necessary skills and experiences to play a greater role in their community. Through fostering teamwork, growth, and learning, CBB empowers its participants to make a lasting positive impact.

With rigorous selection criteria, approximately 60 individuals are chosen through a blind evaluation process. Candidates are chosen based on their problem-solving abilities, commitment to the community, demonstrated leadership skills, and interpersonal capabilities.

Valerie shared her enthusiasm, stating, "I am beyond excited about my acceptance to the Bridge Builders program. As I continue to grow professionally and advance in my career, I eagerly anticipate collaborating with a diverse group of Clevelanders, while continuously serving and giving back to the community."
