Jobs for Ohio's Graduates (JOG)

JOG is an in-school, evidence-based program with focus on career development, high school graduation, post-high school success, employability, and leadership skills. JOG serves approximately 770 students and recent graduates.

The goal of JOG is to produce life-changing outcomes for the teens and young adults we serve. We do this by removing barriers to success, working with youth to ensure they stay in high school and graduate, find meaningful work experiences, and get on a path toward economic self-sufficiency.

JOG is offered at the following schools: Glenville High School, Lincoln-West School of Global Studies, John Marshall High School - Civic and Business Leadership, John Marshall High School - Information Technology, Euclid High School, Maple Heights ECAC High School, Maple Heights High School, Warrensville High School, Max S. Hayes High School, and East Tech High School.

Every April, Y.O.U. hosts the Youth Career Olympics, an event where students vie for first, second, and third place in competitions that showcase the skills and knowledge they have earned throughout the school year.
