Cleveland, Ohio - Youth Opportunities Unlimited (Y.O.U.) participants were in for an inspiring treat when a piece of the 2023 Forbes 30 Under 30 Summit was brought to them in their classroom. On Wednesday, October 11, 14 enthusiastic volunteers from the Summit joined met with students from Jobs for Ohio’s Graduates (JOG) at the John Marshall High School of Civic Business and Leadership. These volunteers were no ordinary attendees; they were local entrepreneurs and business consultants who have made a name for themselves in companies like NASA, Keybank, ILTHY, Black Cat Creative, and even DJ Lily Jade from the Lily Jade Show. The event, hosted in Cleveland, brought together young leaders and influencers from various fields. This unique gathering not only served as a source of motivation but also offered an incredible opportunity for Y.O.U. students to engage directly with the entrepreneurs.

The day's agenda was all about sharing experiences and gaining insights. Small groups of teens had the privilege of meeting with these accomplished business leaders. They heard about the professionals' journeys, challenges, and successes in the corporate world. In return, the business leaders were keen to discover the passions and interests of these aspiring young minds.

The result? An exchange of knowledge, inspiration, and the possibility of mentorship. Several students found common ground with the entrepreneurs, and many left the event with an invitation to keep in touch. The connection made at this summit is bound to leave a lasting impact on these young participants as they navigate their own paths to success.

The event was a representation of what success can look like for different individuals. It showed the students that with determination, passion, and the right guidance, they too can strive for greatness and become the future leaders and innovators of tomorrow.

Summit entrepreneurs discuss what advice they gave the students.
