This is the 15 year anniversary of Refresh Collective. Through their partnership with Y.O.U., summer jobs participants reach new artistic heights in a digital media mastery-building experience in their six week experience. Youth voices are heard around issues that matter most to Cleveland teens. They developed soft job skills and social-emotional competencies. For six weeks the young people write and record an original hip-hop album, shoot and edit music videos and perform their original music.
