The Y.O.U. Credential Training Program provides you with the skills, training, and support you need to launch a new career in customer service, all at no cost to you.
Y.O.U. pairs you with a case manager who will be there for you from orientation to graduation and beyond. You’ll learn from instructors with real-life experience in the field, receive coaching on interviewing for you next job, and perfect your resume to make your application stand out. Credential programs are available in Customer Care, IT, and State-tested Nurse Aide (STNA).
These programs are open to young adults who:
Are between the ages of 18 and 24
Have graduated high school or earned a GED
Are not enrolled in college
Live in Cuyahoga County
Are unemployed or underemployed (working less than 30 hours per week)
