I have been an active community partner with Y.O.U.’s summer employment program for the past 10 years. It is the only youth program that imparts productive workplace skills, builds teamwork, requires effective time management, and instills positive self-esteem all while providing youth with a degree of financial responsibility. The Y.O.U. summer jobs program collaboration exemplifies the best of youth development endeavors in Cuyahoga County.
