The Generation customer care agent program provides you with the skills, training, and support you need to launch a new career in customer service, all at no cost to you.
This six-week, part-time program pairs you with a case manager who will be there for you from orientation to graduation and beyond. You’ll learn from instructors with real-life experience in the customer care field, receive coaching on interviewing for you next job, and perfect your resume to make your application stand out.
The customer care agent program is open to young adults who:
Are between the ages of 17 and 24
Have graduated high school or earned a GED
Are not enrolled in college
Are unemployed or underemployed (working less than 30 hours per week)
