Y.O.U. goals and outcomes are aligned with our mission and our community's top priorities.
Y.O.U. outcomes are verified by external authorities and are confirmed by an internal audit.
Of the teens Y.O.U. serves in year-round programs:
- 85% of youth in grades 9-11 will advance to the next grade
- 85% of youth in grade 12 will graduate on time from high school
- 80% of graduates will go on to college, other post-HS study, military, and/or employment
- 70% of youth placed in a job will keep it at least 3 months
- Of the teens Y.O.U. places in summer jobs programs:
- 90% of youth who start a summer job or internship will complete the assignment.

Our year-round programs serve youth who are statistically expected to drop out of high school, and we deliver our programs in high schools where the graduation rate is 50%.
