Jobs for Ohio's Graduates (JOG) is part of a state-wide and nationwide program called Jobs for America's Graduates. JOG helps youth stay in school, succeed academically, explore career options, graduate from high school, and obtain a job or enroll in college or post-secondary study leading to industry-recognized certification. Over 85% of teens in JOG graduate from high school and about 90% of graduates go on to college and/or a job.

For the 2008-2009 school year, JOG programs will be located at East Tech, Glenville, and JFK High Schools in Cleveland, and Shaw High School in East Cleveland.
