ProPath Places 10th - 12th graders with employer/mentors in 4-8 week internships that align with career pathways and allows them to apply knowledge and skills learned in the classroom to a professional work environment.

ProPath places current high school youth in 120-hour internships. Youth work on projects under a mentor in their career field of interest while learning workforce readiness fundamental skills in the professional workplace.

Youth work closely with Y.O.U. specialists to prepare for, navigate and successfully complete a career driven internship.

The program balances the needs of the employer and the student.

During the internship, teens explore career options, get hands-on experience, network with professionals, experience personal growth and professional development, and earn an income.

ProPath is a 2017 Dominion Community Impact Award winner.
