Y.O.U. school-based programs help hundreds of teens annually prepare for the workforce through classroom-based interventions focusing on career readiness and internships. These programs help teens graduate high school and pursue post-secondary success, and prepare youth for an entry-level job.


Jobs for Ohio’s Graduates (JOG)

JOG is an in-school, classroom-based program for high school students concentrating on career development, employability, life and leadership skills.



E CITY helps teens develop an entrepreneurial mindset and acquire financial capabilities by learning how to create business plans and conduct market research using the award-winning Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) curriculum.


ProPath connects current high school students to 120hour internships. Teens work on projects with a mentor in their career field of interest while learning fundamental workforce readiness skills in a professional workplace and earning an income.
