Austin Carr Celebrity Golf Invitational
Spend a day on the links with some of your favorite local celebrities in an 18-hole scramble to benefit Y.O.U. Held at StoneWater Golf Club, the event includes great prizes, food, putting contest and auction.

Breakfast with Y.O.U.
Held on certain Fridays throughout the year, this 1-hour gathering is an informal way to meet Y.O.U. Board members, staff, students and alumni, as well as other business and non-profit leaders. Join us for a free continental breakfast and an open discussion on youth workforce development.

City-Wide Business Plan Competition
Join us for the hallmark of the E CITY program, and see the finalists from each school present their business plans for their own small business venture. After a panel of judges has selected 3 finalists, the audience has the opportunity to see their presentations and vote on the winner.

Founders Luncheon
In recognition of its founders, George Voinovich and Lyman Treadway, every year Y.O.U. presents the Founders Award to an individual, corporation, organization, or foundation that has provided our community with exceptional leadership and resources in youth workforce development.

Youth Career Olympics
Y.O.U.’s signature event, the Youth Career Olympics showcases a yearlong curriculum of employability and life skills. Youth compete in 10 events ranging from Public Speaking and Employment Interview to Program Cover Design and Community Service. The event culminates in a Networking Luncheon and Victory Celebration.
