OVERVIEW
Y.O.U.'s Employment Services assess work-readiness, provide
training in employability and job-seeking skills, and place
teens and young adults in paid and unpaid internships, part-time
and full-time entry-level jobs, and provides follow-up services
to help youth keep their jobs throughout the probation period.
