    OVERVIEW:  Employment Opportunities for Youth is a job-placement program operated by Cuyahoga County Department of Justice Affairs in partnership with Y.O.U. and several other organizations.  Employment Opportunities provides employment and educational services to youth ages 16-21 who are involved in the juvenile justice system.
